The evening walks along the beach, especially as the sun dipped below the horizon, were truly magical. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, complete with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi—an essential for my travel companions and me. One of the highlights was the hearty English breakfast served each morning in the delightful Victorian dining room overlooking the garden. The combination of freshly brewed coffee and exquisite cooked dishes set us up perfectly for our adventures exploring nearby Babbacombe Beach and Cockington Village. The real gem of our visit was the warmth and hospitality of our hosts, who made our late check-in seamless and welcomed us like family. I highly recommend Gainsboro for travelers seeking a pleasant blend of comfort, great food, and a touch of local charm. I'll certainly be returning in the future.
